Lost or stolen parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen, we require the customer to lodge an investigation via Australia post and will also do the same on our end. we will endeavour to replace your item once the investigation is finished and if we cannot replace the item we will offer you a store credit, we don not offer refunds on lost or stolen items.our packages are weighed and charged by Australia post services, every item ordered is weighed individually to ensure we are sending the correct items to our customers and this is a safe way to ensure you get your items.
